When I was a teen in high school I found it quite difficult to balance school, extra curricula activities and church. That was over 16 years ago. Things obviously have changed since then.
What are your techniques for remaining “BALANCED”?
If you feel that you are out of balance; what do you think it would take to create balance again.

Today I found out that my son can't have any foods with fat in it. If you think about it fat is in a many of the foods we eat. You try explaining to an 8 year old boy that he can't have a hamburger, hot dog, pizza, or the like. At this point he and we are overwhelmed with confusion and frustration. Oh shopping is fun. We must read the label on everything we buy for our family. If it has milk, milk products, whey, cheese, fat or sugar my little 8 year old can't have it. What has happened in your life that over whelmed you? How did you cope with situation and how did you overcome it?
